Camilla B

The larger of two structures in the Camilla series, the 'B' has a spacious interior measuring eleven and one-half feet, by eleven and one-half feet. Solidly constructed with 133 square feet of interior space, its unique design and generous 49-inch front overhang lend it the attractive appearance of an Alpine cabin. On its front side, double doors are fitted with tall, arch-topped windows. On either side of the doors is a pair of matching arch-topped windows. Ample light from all these windows provides a bright airy interior suitable for many different purposes. Position it poolside with some chairs and a small table, where its overhang can provide welcome shade. Add a small fridge and a futon or Murphy bed, and you'll be ready with ample overflow quarters when friends or relatives spend the night. With a desk or worktable, the Camilla can provide a comfortable studio space or office for artists, musicians, writers, and business people working from home.

Typical of all our garden homes, the Camilla B is constructed with tightly fitted, interlocking corners, and timbers which lock together along their edges with precisely milled, tongue and groove joints. These buildings are normally roofed with shingle or metal roofing, and some owners elect to have electricians install electrical wiring systems. With proper preparation, it's possible to add insulation to the exterior and roof, plus masonry or various types of siding. Of course, heating and air conditioning represent a practical means for improving comfort, especially when this building is intended for full-time use as a home office or studio. When ordering, please ask about additional options including flower boxes and adjoining storage sheds built with matching interlocked construction. A visit to our South location will allow you to see and experience the Camilla in person.
